5. BESPOKE AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

All products sold by LuxShield are bespoke, custom-cut, made-to-order, or personalised to the Customer’s specifications.

CUSTOMERS ARE NOT ENTITLED TO CANCEL ORDERS ONCE PRODUCTION HAS COMMENCED.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all specifications, dimensions, quantities, tint selections, and order details are accurate before submitting an order.

6. PRICING AND PAYMENT

LuxShield accepts NO LIABILITY for:

Any installation advice, guides, videos, or consultation support provided by LuxShield are offered for general informational purposes only and do not constitute guarantees of successful installation outcomes.

9. CONSULTATION SUPPORT

LuxShield may offer consultation support through the Website contact page.

Consultation support is provided in good faith based on the information supplied by the Customer. LuxShield does not guarantee:

10. BESPOKE INSTALLATION SERVICE

11. INSTALLATION SERVICE LIMITATIONS

Following installation by LuxShield, Customers must inspect the completed work promptly.

Minor visual imperfections, moisture haze, or curing effects may be visible temporarily during the film curing process and do not constitute defects.

LuxShield shall not be liable for:
